Leadership Team

John is an accomplished business leader with over 40 years of experience building successful teams and organizations. He has a deep domain knowledge of OSHA, DOT and EPA regulations, and the subsequent workplace compliance, safety training and education needs of industry.

With degrees from Stonehill University and Goddard College, John has expertise in chemical, energy, and environmental services industries. He has significant program development and implementation success in health, safety and environmental programs, internal audits, risk management and compliance programs.

John is a decorated Marine Corps Veteran of the Vietnam War and Purple Heart recipient.

Ryan has a diverse career background with a degree in Business Management from Stonehill College.  He has an extensive background as and Environmental and Safety Compliance Trainer with 15 years of experience. Working primarily in the Construction and Utility industry building long lasting relationships is his true expertiece.

With a passion for helping people and the medical field, he leads our successful team of Paramedics, EMT’s and Technical Rescue personnel to perform onsite industrial rescue.

Joseph Coleman, Chief of Rescue Operations for RedLine Rescue, a Division of OSS, Corp., has a stellar career in the Public Sector as a Professional Fire Fighter and EMT for the past 24+ years and is a seasoned Professional as a Rescue Specialist on the Plymouth County Tech Rescue Team.

Joe's technical capabilities include: Permit Required Confined Space and Entry Rescue, High Angle Rescue (Wind Turbines). Trench and Structural Collapse Rescue, White Water Rescue and he is a Rescue Specialist for FEMA Massachusetts Task Force 1 US & R Team. His Leadership Skills are unparalleled and he highly regarded and respected as a Level I & II Instructor at the Massachusetts Fire Academy.
